The Harvest

Every November we go down to Greece to harvest our olive trees. It starts by applying harvest netting under the trees so they can catch the olives. The trees are also pruned at the same time.
After the trees are pruned, we go in with rotovibrational harvester to get the rest of the olives off of the trees.
We then pass the prune branches through a machine that separates the leaves and the olives.
When we are done with each tree we then gather the harvest netting and put the olives in 50 kg sacks.
After a long days work we wait for the transport.
